Refunds & Cancellations

At MB Aniela (“we”, “us”, “our”), we strive to deliver high‑quality digital marketing services and a positive experience for all clients. Due to the nature of professional marketing services, which involve strategy, planning, execution, and human expertise, this Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds are handled and under what circumstances they may be eligible.

By purchasing services from us, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that it is part of your service agreement.

General Refund Principle

Because our services are customized and begin immediately upon contract signing and payment, refunds are not provided once work has started or deliverables have been provided.

Services are considered started when any of the following occur:

  • A signed contract is in place

  • Strategy work, research, setup, or planning has begun

  • Deliverables have been submitted or scheduled

This is industry standard for digital marketing and professional services.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

✅ The request is submitted in writing to hello@mbaniela.com
✅ The service has not yet started (no work, strategy, planning, or execution has begun)
✅ The request is made within 7 calendar days of payment received

In this case, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded, provided that no work has been initiated. Documentation may be required to confirm eligibility.

If services have begun, no refunds are issued. See the Partial Refunds/Exceptions section for exceptions.

Partial Refunds / Exceptions

Although refunds are generally not issued once work starts, we may consider a partial or case‑by‑case refund in the limited circumstances below:

🔹 Duplicate or Billing Errors: If a duplicate payment was made in error, we will refund the duplicate amount upon verification.

🔹 Service Non‑Delivery Due to Our Error:
If we are unable to deliver a service due to our inability to perform (e.g., internal incapacity, operational failure), you may be entitled to a partial or full refund based on work completed.

We will review and document the status before issuing any refund.

Refund adjustments may account for work done, administrative costs, and third‑party fees.

Non‑Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non‑refundable:

❌ Services once work has commenced
❌ Monthly retainers for the current billing period
❌ Advertising spend, third‑party media costs, tools, or software fees
❌ Custom deliverables (strategy, creative, campaigns) already created or provided
❌ Consultation sessions already held
❌ Any expenses incurred on behalf of the client

This is standard for agencies where deliverables and planning are highly customized.

Service Cancellations

If you wish to stop ongoing or recurring services:

• Cancellation must be submitted in writing to hello@mbaniela.com
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period
• No refunds are provided for mid‑period termination

For example:

🗓 Monthly retainers: If you cancel on March 5 for a monthly plan billed on March 1, service continues through March 31 - no refund for unused time.

How Refunds Are Issued

If a refund is approved:

✔ We will issue it to the original payment method used for purchase.
✔ Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
✔ Any third‑party processing fees or bank charges may be deducted if non‑refundable.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any chargeback or dispute with your bank or card processor, please contact us at hello@mbaniela.com. In many cases, we can resolve issues more quickly and fairly directly. 

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The revised version will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
